When you request a document through a form on this website (for example a PDF guide or a product flyer), we collect: your email address, the page the form was submitted from, the language of that page, the date and time of submission, the wording of the consent you accepted, and whether and when the download link was used. We also record your IP address, solely to prevent abuse of the form.
We use your email address to send you the link to the document you asked for. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box in the form. We use Sender.net (Sender Ltd.) to send emails and manage our contact list; they act as a processor on our behalf, which means your email address is also stored in their system. We do not sell your data and do not share it with any other third party unless required to by law.
We keep the data for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or until you withdraw your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time and without giving a reason, either through the unsubscribe link in any of our emails or by writing to info@njorka.si. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
