Who is the module for?

Kdaj je treba opraviti popis osnovnih sredstev?

Gospodarske družbe morajo preveriti dejansko stanje osnovnih sredstev. Navadno se popis dela na koncu oz. čim bližje koncu poslovnega leta (večinoma je to 31. December). Fizični popis se lahko izvede prej ob koncu poslovnega (bilančnega) leta pa se upoštevajo še spremebe (nabave, odpisi, prodaje, premiki itd.). 

Javni sektor pa mora obvezno narediti popis - inventuro najmanj 1x letno. Konkretne roke se lahko določi z internimi akti. Obstajajo pa tudi nekatere izjeme, katerih popisa ni potrebno izvesti vsako leto (npr. knjižnično gradivo, muzejski eksponati, drobni material). 

Kaj je razlika med popisom osnovnih sredstev in inventuro zalog?

Pri popisu osnovnih sredstev preverjate predvsem tri stvari: ali sredstvo sploh še obstaja, kje se nahaja in v kakšnem stanju je. Poškodovana, odtujena ali neuporabna sredstva nato odpišete. Cilj je, da se register osnovnih sredstev ujema z resničnim stanjem v prostorih.  

Inventura zalog pa zajema material, polizdelke, trgovsko blago in gotove izdelke. Pri inventuri zalog nas predvsem zanima količina in kako se to ujema z evidenco. Sledijo razlike — presežki in primanjkljaji, kalo — ter vrednotenje zaloge po izbrani metodi (na primer FIFO ali tehtano povprečje). 


Ali lahko popis izvedemo z navadnim pametnim telefonom?

Na kratko da nVitamin OS omogoča uporabo tudi z navadnimi pametnimi telefoni, vendar z omejitvami. Namreč pametni telefoni nimajo vgrajenih laserskih čitalcev črtnih ali QR kod oz. RFID oznak. Črtne oz. QR kode lahko preberemo (poskeniramo) s kamero, vendar je tako skeniranje počasno in namenjeno samo občasni rabi. Branje RFID oznak pa pametni telefon v osnovi ne podpira.
